International students are required to have private health insurance before arriving in Ireland. EU/EEA students with a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) can access public healthcare services.
Students with a Stamp 2 visa can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and 40 hours per week during holidays. Ireland also offers post-study work options through the Third Level Graduate Programme, allowing graduates to stay for up to 2 years to find work.
